Hi, my name is Sheneider Orelus, Fitness Coach and creator of SoFit Personal Training.

Six years ago I became a personal trainer after overcoming a hand full of eating disorders and struggling with weight management myself. Fitness changed my life forever. I gained so much confidence, I became so full of energy.
