  • Join our specialized 60-minute class workouts, focusing on strength and endurance, and outside fitness guidance and accountability. With a cap of 8-10 participants per class, we ensure individualized attention. For our high-intensity offerings, we recommend a prior fitness consultation to ensure safety and effectiveness.

    In-Person Personal Training is only available in the state of Florida. All other States and regions will be Fully Remote Personal Training.

  • Remote 1on1 Personal Training —

    If you prefer to train from the comfort of your own home or if you are unable to visit our studio, we offer online personal training services. Designed to provide you with the same level of personalized attention and support as our private personal training services, but with the added convenience of being able to train from anywhere in the world.

    What’s Included:

    35-minute sessions via FaceTime or Video Call that can be performed anywhere around the world from your living room, apartment, or hotel gym. All you need is a tripod and your favorite workout playlist.

    -Initial consultation and fitness assessment

    -Regular online video sessions with a certified personal trainer

    -Nutritional guidance and support to help you achieve your goals faster

    -Access to our online training platform, where you can track your progress and communicate with your trainer

Simi Private Training & Group Classes

  • Our semi-private group training is a small group session with up to ten people. This service is ideal for individuals who prefer a group environment and want the benefits of personalized training. During this session, our trainers will provide personalized instruction and coaching to each individual in the group. The workout plan will be customized to each individual's goals and needs.
